Glass jar customized process

We can customize the glass jar according to your required size and bottle shape, and customized matching caps can also be provided. The MOQ for customization is usually one 40-foot container or 100,000 pcs. Pricing is calculated based on bottle type, quantity, and other factors comprehensively.  

The mold fee for glass jars usually is $3200, and the following is the detailed process:

1, Pay the US$1,000 proofing fee first. After confirming receipt of the proofing fee, we will produce the technical drawings of the required bottle shape (3-5 days)

2, Produce 2D drawings for customer approval (5-7 days)

3, Make sample molds (25-30 days)

4, Produce bottle samples for customer approval (10-15 days)

5, After the sample is confirmed, pay the remaining $2200 mold fee and make the mass production mold (30 days)

6, After order confirmation (pay the full amount), arrange goods bulk production (about 20 days)

7, To inform you that the goods are complete (glass jars, bottle caps), please arrange for freight forwarding to be shipped.

Customization of bottle caps usually does not require mold fees, depending on the product. The customization process is basically the same as that of glass jars.
